Obituary for Sabrina Theresa Scott

Sabrina Theresa Scott "Bonnie" was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend who suddenly gained her wings on December 25, 2022, at the age of 68. Sabrina was born on December 15, 1954, in Athens, GA, to Willie Lee Scott Sr and Flossie Mae (Hudson) Scott.

She arrived in Boston with her parents and younger sibling in 1959 (late 50's). She considered Lowell her home at the time of her passing. She retired from D'Youville Senior Care, where she always went the extra mile for the residents. After retirement, Sabrina returned to school to pursue her high school diploma. She attended Abisi Adult Education Center. She loved being in school and learning new things.

Sabrina is survived and adored by her daughter Semika Lucina Scott and her grandson Vaun Elijah Gibson. She is forever cherished and remembered by her six siblings, two of which preceded her in death. Willie Lee Scott Jr "Billy," Gerry Vernon Scott (2020), Florence Marie Scott, Brenda D. Scott, Tyrone Anthony Scott (2021), and Sharon (Scott) Cross. Her memory lives on with his nieces and nephews. Ricardo, Fabien, Isiah, Izaan, Natasha, Candice, Melissa, Imani, Nashawn, Ithello, and Nataisha.

Sabrina loved listening to music and dancing. She enjoyed spending time with her brother, Billy, visiting with her daughter and grandson, shopping, and watching basketball. Sabrina found joy in the simple things in life.
As a woman of faith, Sabrina would share her love for God and his goodness and mercy. She would love to be remembered as resilient, caring, and determined, that celebrated what was good and blessed in her life.
