Pepi Frederick son of Alice (Frederick) and Charles Pettway was born on October 7, 1971.

He attended school in the Boston area. He was an outgoing free spirited individual. Growing up one of his hobbies was rebuilding bikes. As time went on you can best believe if you had a bike problem, and he was around he would fix it. He loved all sports especially basketball you could always find him at his best in his favorite ADIDAS gear or a Jersey.

He held a special place in his heart for his sister Sabrina and his nephew Sydney. The unconditional bond he held with his cousin Thelma. (Frederick) Hurbert, is and will always be unbreakable.

Pepi is survived by his parents Alice and Charles Pettway, his sister Tiffney (Frederick) Smith and Sabrina (Pettway) and her husband Elisee Chery, his nieces Tawanna Smith and Samantha Smith (deceased), his nephews, Sydney Smith and Elias Chery, grandnephew Emir Smith, grandnieces Zariayah Smith, the twins Aniyah and Ariyanah Smith (deceased), and a host of other relatives and friends.

Masks must be worn and social distancing observed in the funeral home and church.
