Obituary for Nichelle Watkins

Nichelle L. Watkins affectionately known as “Chell” was born on November 14, 1968 in Guntersville, Alabama to the late Thomas Edward Fennell and Milla S. Fennell. Whit heavy hearts Chell departed her life Thursday, September 15, 2022 in Stoughton, MA where she was reunited with her Father Thomas at the gates of Heaven.

The oldest of 6 siblings, Chell attended West Roxbury Academy where she received her high School Equivalency Diploma. Chell enjoyed watching movies, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her family.

Chell received the Lord at the age of 9 at the Deliverance Faith Tabernacle. In her adult years, she was an active member of the Prayer Love Tabernacle in Brockton, MA where she was an intercessory prayer warrior and worshiper. She was not ashamed to testify about the goodness of her God. Her last public testimony was “I’m at a Good Place” and now she rests with the savior that she so desperately wanted to see. Chell was extremely passionate about the Lord, praising him every day at every chance. Adonia!

Proceeded in death by her father, Thomas E. Fennell.

Chell leaves to cherish her memories, her son Christopher, mother, Milla S. Fennell, 3 sisters; Ternia, Melinda and Melanie, 2 brothers: Thomas, Jr. and Labronze, 2 uncles: Bishop Freeman and Bishop James, # aunts Carolyn, Kathy and Jeanae and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her church family.

Face masks are required for all individuals visiting the funeral home and church, regardless of vaccination status. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
