Obituary for Michael "Mickey" Colvin

Michael (Mickey) Colvin was born in Birmingham, Alabama on August 24, 1971 to Michael Ivory Sr. and Andrian Colvin. At the age of three Mickey moved to Boston, Massachusetts with his mother. He attended Boston
Public Schools but later received his GED. He worked numerous jobs but worked in construction for several years.

Mickey loved sports with his favorite teams being Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide), Kansas City Chiefs and The L.A. Lakers.

He is proceeded in death by his father, Michael Ivory Sr., mother Andrian Colvin and grandmother Ramona Colvin.

He leaves to cherish a loving partner Lavon Blocker of Roxbury, MA. One brother Soyica Colvin, one sister Rolandria Colvin. Two nieces Velma (Christanny) Webb and Makeda Colvin. Two uncles Carl Hunter, Ronnie
Colvin. Two aunts Shirly Colvin and Ramona Colvin and God mother Linda (Robert) Henry-Jones all of Birmingham,AL.

He will be missed for his intellectual conversations and big heart towards his family and friends.
