Obituary for Albert J. Holloway

Albert J. Holloway was born on December 16, 1936 to the late Mr. Jack Holloway, Sr., and the late Estella Campbell Holloway in Lafayette, Alabama. Albert worked for the Boston Housing Authority Public Safety Division for 38 years. He worked tiredly and faithfully until he retired.

Albert met and united in marriage to the "Love of his Life" Albertha Odom in 2000. For 23 years, he loved on his wife and children. Anyone who knew Albert knows how much he loved to Barbeque and used his own infamous Homemade' Barbeque Sauce'.

In the past few years, Albert's health began to decline while his wife and family stayed by his side until the Lord called him home. He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife, Albertha Holloway," The Love of his Life", 8 children: Stacy James, Albert James, Bradley Thomas, Christopher Odom, Parisse Odom, Terrance (Roxy) Wiillams, Shakoiya Williams, (Jose) Shalena Williams. Grandchildren: Tysonjah, Dawntae, Miracle, Jazmyne, Jacolby, Madison, Jayvian, Jade, Heaven, Christopher II (CJ), Parisse (Pj) and host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends, along with his faithful work sister, Sgt. Charlotte Groce, and their beloved Bella.

Albert leaves one sister, Francis Griffin; is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Maude, Anna, 5 Brothers, Tart, James, Israel, John Henry, and Jack.
